Who this is for

Contractors do not have time for flakes. If you run remodels, flips or small builds, you already know the cost of a crew stepping around scrap, a client walking into a mess, or a pile that sits outside for a week. Recurring job site cleanup means Dany's crew comes on a set day, loads what has piled up, sweeps, and hauls it away, without you having to call each time.

It fits:

  • Remodelers with kitchens and baths in progress
  • Flippers turning several houses at once
  • Small builders and general contractors on residential sites
  • Property managers handling make-ready work between tenants
  • Trades like tile setters and drywall crews that leave a lot of scrap

What a cleanup visit covers

Each visit, the crew picks up the debris your trades have stacked or bagged, gathers loose scrap from the work areas, loads it all, and sweeps the floors where they worked. Drywall offcuts, lumber scraps, tile and thinset, packaging, cardboard and old fixtures all go. Roofing debris left by your roofer goes too, haul only.

The crew does not do finish cleaning like windows, dusting or detailing for a closing. It is debris and sweep, so the next trade can work and the site looks run, not abandoned.

Setting the schedule and the price

Tell Dany how many sites, where they are, and how often you want a visit: weekly, every other week, or at set stages like after demo, after drywall and before final. He will give you a flat price per visit based on what a typical pickup at that site looks like. Construction debris pickups start at $200.

If a visit turns out much bigger than normal, say after a full kitchen tear-out, Dany tells you before the crew loads it, not after. If a site is between stages and there is nothing to pick up, text and skip that visit. The point is that you always know the number and never chase the hauler.

Rosa R., whose family runs a remodeling business, said Dany is "reliable and always on time and super responsible."

Working on sites in Broward and Miami-Dade

A lot of remodel work here is in condos and HOA communities, and those have rules: work hours, service elevator bookings, where a truck can park, and how long debris can sit outside. The crew works within whatever the building sets. Send Dany the rules for each site once, and they get followed every visit.

Rain and heat matter too. Bagged debris left outside in an afternoon storm turns into soaked, heavy mush, and open piles in the sun draw complaints from neighbors. Regular pickups keep that from building up. Most of Dany's work is in Fort Lauderdale, Pembroke Pines, Davie, Weston and Hollywood, but sites anywhere in Broward and Miami-Dade are regular ground.

How it ties into tear-out and delivery

Many contractors use Rapid Haul at both ends of a job. The crew does the non-structural interior tear-out at the start, recurring cleanup in the middle, and runs to Home Depot, Lowe's or the lumber yard to drop materials where your crew needs them. One contact, one phone number, flat prices for each. The general contractor or property owner still pulls the permits and runs the project.

David B. recommended Rapid Haul for "junk removal, debris hauling, demolition, or material delivery" in one review.

What the site looks like after each visit

When the crew pulls away, the debris piles are gone, the work rooms are swept, and the driveway or staging area is clear for the next delivery. Nails and screws are picked up around the loading path, which matters on sites where clients, inspectors and other trades walk through.

For you, the benefit is less time on the phone and fewer excuses from the trades about the site being a mess. For your client, it is a house that looks like work is moving forward. Ashton J. described Dany as someone who "does the little things that nobody does anymore like sweeping up every piece of dirt on the job site." That is the standard for every visit, whether it is the first or the tenth.

How the job runs, step by step

  1. Active remodel site with stacked debris before a scheduled pickup

    Step 1

    Check in on site

The crew arrives on the set day, checks in with your lead, and confirms what goes and what stays.

  2. Step 2

    Gather and load debris

Bagged and stacked debris is loaded first, then loose scrap is gathered from the work areas.

  3. Step 3

    Sweep the work areas

Floors in the rooms being worked on are swept so your next trade starts clean.

  4. Clean, swept room on a job site after the scheduled pickup

    Step 4

    Haul and report

The load is hauled to disposal, and Dany texts you that the site is done.
