Who we haul for

Businesses call when something has to be gone by a date: a lease ends, a new tenant moves in, a remodel starts Monday, or the back room is so full nobody can find the stock. Rapid Haul works for:

• Offices: desks, cubicle panels, chairs, filing cabinets, conference tables
• Retail stores: display racks, shelving, fixtures, old signage and leftover stock
• Restaurants: dining chairs, booths that are not built in, old freestanding equipment and storage shelving

One price for the whole job

Send Dany photos of the space, or ask him to come take a quick look. He gives you one flat price that covers the crew, loading, hauling and disposal. Office managers and owners like that because it is one number for the approval, not an hourly estimate that keeps growing.

What moves the price: how much there is, heavy items like steel filing cabinets and safes, floors and elevators, and loading conditions such as a dock versus a front door on a busy strip. Payment is after the job. On jobs of $1,000 or more, Dany may ask for a 50% deposit and will say so in the quote.

Working inside building rules

Commercial buildings in Broward and Miami-Dade usually have rules for outside crews: certificate of insurance, freight elevator booking, loading dock windows and parking. Get those from the property manager when you book and pass them to Dany. Rapid Haul carries general liability insurance with NEXT Insurance, $1M per occurrence and $2M aggregate.

We work Monday to Saturday, 7 AM to 7 PM. Saturday is often the easiest day for an office or store that does not want a crew in the way of customers or staff. Tell Dany your opening hours and he will plan around them.

What we do and do not take on

We remove and haul what is loose or freestanding. Built-in counters, walls and fixtures that are attached to the building are tear-out work, not junk removal. If you need those gone as part of a remodel, Dany can quote interior demolition (non-structural) separately. Permits for that kind of work are pulled by the GC or the property owner.

We do not shred documents or wipe computers. If you have files or drives with private information, deal with those first, then we haul the empty cabinets and old machines. Paint, chemicals, fuel and other hazardous materials need special disposal; tell Dany what you have.

Rental turnovers for property managers

When a tenant leaves a unit full of furniture and trash, the clock on the next lease is already running. Send Dany photos from the walk-through and he prices it the same day. The crew can meet maintenance at the unit or use a lockbox, and Dany sends photos when the unit is empty.

One landlord wrote that the crew got "one of our rental properties cleaned out just in time" (Miguel A.). If you manage several units, keep Dany's number. He answers it himself.

Retail turnovers work the same way. The space has to be empty before the next tenant can start their build-out, and leftover racks, counters that are not built in, and back-room junk are usually what holds it up. Send photos of the front and the back room, and Dany prices the whole space as one job.

Fast, quiet and out of the way

A business cannot shut down for a day so a crew can drag desks through the lobby. Dany plans the job around your hours, sends the right number of people, and keeps the work moving.
