Terms of service

The terms that apply when you use this website or book a job with Rapid Haul Services LLC. Last updated October 21, 2026.

Who these terms are with

These terms are between you and Rapid Haul Services LLC, a hauling business based in Hollywood, Florida. Contact us at [email protected] or (754) 249-1015.

Quotes and flat prices

We give one flat price for each job based on the photos, description or walkthrough you give us. The price covers labor, loading, hauling and disposal. Prices shown on this website are starting prices, not a final quote.

If what we find on the day is different from what was shown or described, we will tell you and agree on any change to the price before we do the extra work.

Payment and deposits

Junk removal is paid after the job is done. Jobs of $1,000 and over, mostly demolition, require a 50% deposit to hold the date, with the balance due when the job is finished. Deposit details are confirmed with you when you book.

What we do and don't do

Our demolition work is non-structural tear-out and removal only. We do not remove walls that hold up the building, tear off roofs, or demolish in-ground pools. Where a job needs a permit, the general contractor or property owner is responsible for getting it.

Some items cannot be hauled with regular junk. We will tell you when quoting if anything on your list is one of them.

Your part

You confirm that you own the items we remove, or have the right to have them removed, and that we have permission to work at the property. Please tell us about anything that affects the job, such as building rules, access limits, or items that must stay.

Insurance and responsibility

Rapid Haul Services LLC carries general liability insurance. If something goes wrong during a job, tell us right away so we can make it right. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Florida law.
