House cleanouts in Pembroke Pines, every room emptied in one job
Full house cleanouts in Pembroke Pines from $1,000. Furniture and belongings carried out from every room, closets to garage, with each space swept, on the date your sale or move needs.
01What the city's two collections can and can't absorb
Pembroke Pines splits its service between two haulers. Waste Pro collects household trash twice a week from your carts, which go out by 7:00 a.m. and no earlier than 6:00 p.m. the night before. Eastern Waste Systems collects bulk twice a month, limited to 10 cubic yards per residential unit per pickup, per the City.
A full house is far more than one bulk pile and a couple of carts. You can ask EWS for up to two additional pickups per calendar year for conforming piles over the limit, but past that it is $15 per cubic yard over. Spreading a house across several bulk days means weeks of furniture on the front lawn, which is exactly what a seller or a new owner does not want.
There is also no county fallback. Pembroke Pines is not on Broward County's list of participating cities for the county's bulk and yard drop-off centers. That is the usual reason people here hire a hauler for a whole house.
02Don't let a cleanout crew leave a pile at the curb
This one is specific to Pembroke Pines. The city's bulk service does not collect contractor-generated debris, and if a contractor's debris is left at the curb, the City says EWS may remove it for a fee of $25.00 per cubic yard. If someone you hired empties the house onto the swale, you could be the one paying that fee.
Dany's crew does not use the curb. Everything goes from the room to the Rapid Haul truck and on to disposal, so nothing is left for EWS to bill you for.

03Who calls for a house cleanout in Pembroke Pines
This is a city of owners: 69.6% of homes are owner-occupied, across 64,875 households, with a median owner-occupied value of $439,500 (Census, 2020 to 2024). Much of the city went up in the 1990s after Hurricane Andrew, and West Pines is mostly subdivisions built since then.
Typical house cleanout calls look like this. Children clearing a parent's house before it sells. A couple downsizing and leaving most of the furniture behind. A divorce or a move out of state with a closing date already set. Landlords call too, when a tenant leaves a house full. Dany plans the crew around your date, and if you cannot be there, he can send photos when the rooms are empty.
04Items the city's bulk and drop-off rules leave out
Some of what is in a lived-in house has its own rules in Pembroke Pines:
- Refrigerators: Freon must be certified purged, with doors and compressor removed, before bulk takes them
- Glass of any kind: mirrors, glass tables and cabinet doors are not collected in bulk
- Hazardous waste: only at the city's quarterly residents-only events at 13975 Pembroke Road
- Appliances, tires and office furniture: not accepted at those events either

05What a Pembroke Pines house cleanout costs
House cleanouts start at $1,000 for a typical home with normal contents. Dany sets the final price from photos of every room, or a quick walk-through, and it is flat and all-in: crew, loading, hauling and disposal. More packed rooms, a garage and shed in the same job, and heavy pieces like safes, pianos or gym machines raise it. Rooms that are half empty bring it down.
Because cleanouts start at $1,000, Dany may ask for a 50% deposit to hold the date, and he tells you with the quote. The rest is paid when you have walked the empty house. Rapid Haul is based in Hollywood, next door, and Pembroke Pines is one of Dany's top cities. Call or text (754) 249-1015, Monday to Saturday, 7 AM to 7 PM.

Pembroke Pines: common questions
Something else on your mind? Call (754) 249-1015.
How much can Pembroke Pines bulk pickup take from a house?
Up to 10 cubic yards per residential unit per pickup, twice a month, per the City. You can request two extra pickups a year for conforming piles over the limit, then it is $15 per cubic yard over.
Can a cleanout company leave everything at the curb?
Not without risk. The city does not collect contractor-generated debris, and EWS may remove it for $25.00 per cubic yard. Rapid Haul loads straight to its own truck instead.
Do you take the old refrigerator?
Yes, as part of the cleanout. You do not need to have the Freon purged and the doors and compressor removed the way the city's bulk rules require.
How long does a whole-house cleanout take?
A typical home is a full day or more of carrying for a full crew. Dany gives you the plan with the price so it lines up with your closing or move date.
What do I do with old paint and cleaning chemicals from the house?
Pembroke Pines takes household hazardous waste at quarterly residents-only events at the Wastewater Treatment Plant, 13975 Pembroke Road, with proof of residency. Tell Dany what you have and he will say what the crew can take.
