The Saturday call
Dany was asleep at home on a Saturday afternoon when his phone rang. The customer had a showing the next day and needed junk cleared out of the garage first. Dany believes she was selling the house. She was about two minutes from where he was, so he got up and headed over.
Checking what goes
In the garage, Dany filmed the pile and started sorting. At first he figured the black bags were going. They were not, so they stayed. The chairs were the open question, so he called the customer to double check. The chairs did have to go, and everything else stayed.
That check matters on every pickup. A quick phone call costs nothing. Hauling off something the customer meant to keep is a problem nobody can fix after the truck leaves.
Why a small load is still worth a call
Not every garage cleanout is a full garage. This one was a pile and a few chairs, the kind of load people try to squeeze into a car or leave out for bulk pickup. When a showing or a move is on the calendar, one call is often faster.
Dany answers his own phone, and when he can get there the same day, he tells you. You get one flat price before anything goes on the truck, and junk removal is paid after the job.
How it ended
In the end it was a small load: the pile and the chairs. The crew loaded it onto the flatbed in the driveway, and the garage was clear for the showing.
Dany posted it with a short note: call or text 754-249-1015 for any junk removal or demolition. Garage cleanouts start at $300 on his price list, and a small pickup like this one is priced by what goes.
“Customer called, said that they have a showing tomorrow, that they need some junk cleared out.”
